New Wholesaler from the DC, MD and VA area

Hello, my name is Rita Rashad, and I'm a real estate investor specializing in wholesale deals in the DC, MD and VA area. I've been involved in real estate off and on for years. Most recently as a real estate agent, but because of my love for investing, I decided to concentrate on the investing. At one point, I'd left real estate for a few years, but came back, as I couldn't stay away. I'm now back in the game. I'm looking to do great things with my business with the prospects of expanding to other markets, such as Atlanta or anywhere, where there is potential to grow. At this time, I'm marketing in areas such as Forestville, District Heights and Capitol Heights; although, not confined to just these areas. I'm also interested in networking with other wholesalers. I'm looking to partner with cash buyers and investors. My ultimate goal is to be self-employed with a steady cash flow and to help others along the way, who may be interested in real estate investing. Happy Investing.
