New investor from Essex County NJ

Hi Bigger Pockets fam- My name is Said Gaida  from Bloomfield NJ and I am excited to joining the community. I started listening to the BP podcast and was instantly impressed by the abundance of knowledge  on the show.. I am new to real estate and recently bought my first multi - family home. I am house-hacking and hope to build a portfolio thru multifamily units and build enough cashflow to get out of the rat race. I like the strategy of fix & hold and want to establish multiply rental properties in the area I grew up in. I am looking for properties in  the  Essex county Area, but am open to the best opportunities available . I extremely open to coaching  & ready to help contribute as much as I can to the community.  I look forward to learning from all the great role models in the community.
