Hi everyone;
30+ years in the real estate investment business. Owned over 100 houses locally, and had most rented out Section 8. Started buying/selling residential builders lots a few years ago, and now all the houses are sold. No insurance headaches (a very big deal in Florida), no vacancy issues, and no stopped up toilets works for me. Plus the carrying costs are extremely low, and the profits are higher. :D
