New to the Forum (Central Iowa)
Hey guys! I'm an investor/realtor here in Central Iowa. Looking to connect with others around here or people interested in investing here. My long term real estate goals for this area are to be influential in helping figure out our low income housing crisis here, so it would be awesome to connect with any like minded people. We have a few rentals currently are trying to figure out the best way to scale that makes sense. Looking forward to connecting and also checking out this forum and learning!
