Came across bigger pockets via podcast search and am now on information overload haha. Great site with tons of information. I live in Benton City but have owned rentals in richland in the past. Flipped two houses in the last two years but it takes me too long as I did all of the work myself. Looking to rehab more and meet others in the tri-cities that want to do the same. Thought I saw a post about an REI group that meets in richland?
