New to site, not quite an investor yet
Hello all. I'm David and I'm from SW Ohio, more specifically the Franklin/Middletown area. I'm very interested in real estate but more than overwhelmed by the amount of information out there. I have no idea where to even begin.
I work as a 911 dispatch supervisor and am in school part time trying to learn programming as well. I play way too many video games, which I probably need to quit doing so I can focus on important things.
I'm trying to get money saved so I can eventually get started with real estate. I've saved up a paltry 10k, but I'm sure I need a lot more than that before I can even begin. My interests are in single and multi-family rentals, and flipping houses. I'm just here to try to learn and absorb as much as I can so hopefully one day I can get the ball rolling.
