Hello Everyone,

My name is Ryan Kasky and am new to the Bigger Pockets community. I just recently separated active duty after 12 years and am now a Realtor that services Columbia and Sumter. I joined Bigger Pockets to learn more about real estate investing particularity in Rentals (buy/hold). Any advise would be greatly appreciated.  I am looking to fund my first deal soon and would love to discuss best ways to get started. Look forward to hearing from you.
