Newbie starting early!

Hey Everyone, this is Derrick!

I'm new to the forums/BP and I wanted to take the time to introduce myself to everyone on here. I discovered real estate investing a couple of months ago and I've been going crazy with it, educating myself. Reading books nonstop, watching podcasts and webinars, you name it and I've been doing it. But the main common thing I've noticed in this business is that you need a solid team! So I created a BP account to network,learn and to build something special with others who share the same vision I do!

It's crazy being around real estate events, looking around and seeing that you're the youngest person in the building! Even though it can be nerve racking sometimes,I know what the light at the end of the tunnel can hold for me and my family. So that's why I'm 100% dedicated into this game of Real Estate!

With all that being said,I'm open to any kind of help or advice. I'm friendly so just hit me up!
