Hello from Mid Michigan!

Hi all! My name in Ruary, I live in Midland, MI I bought my first Home back in 2015 With my VA home loan and now I am ready to get in to the real estate investment market. I want to get my first rental this year "hopefully a duplex or triplex". I work all over the US and I am hardly ever home. I have been reading books and watching tons of youtube videos on real estate, I'm excited to get it going. I have questions on what I can do from here and what my best options are to move forward, from what I understand this is the best place to look for my answers.
