I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker/Developer from Indianapolis Indiana. We are primarily a 3rd party broker hired to lease available space and sell available land (out lots, industrial, etc.) We focus on retail real estate and also do tenant representation for approximately 15 companies. Currently we have around 1,500 acres and 2,000,000 Square Feet of space available in the state of Indiana.
