Hey BP, I'm new here and loving all the resources. My wife and I have our own health and wellness business which has been really successful, however we are looking to build long-term wealth through real estate investment. I'm a past manager of a 40,000 sf former YWCA building, a handyman, and a furniture builder. I am blown away as I am listening through all of the BP podcasts. You are answering all of my questions before I know to ask them!
I've done a complete renovation on my primary residence and and now gearing up to start flipping. My goal is to flip regularly with a long term goal of holding multi-family units as rental income.
I've already started looking for deals and have had my first conversation with an equity partner.
I've been married for 14 years and have 2 young kids.

I'm from Beloit, currently in China, and owner of two rentals (both bought in 2017) and planning another purchase this year. All in northern Illinois. Not sure why we started there rather than WI, since I'm currently very confused about taxes. Anyway, the folks here are super helpful and the podcasts are great and inspiring, if you haven't already gotten hooked on them.
