Hi I'm Jeremy and I'm looking for my first investment property in Norfolk, VA. I'm looking to house hack for the next few years while I'm stationed at the naval base, and then would like to use the property as a rental since I will probably be reassigned at some point in the next few years. Right now I'm looking for a great agent who specializes with investors to sign a buyers agreement with.
