New Prospective Invester in Cape Girardeau Mo

Hi,

My name is Ronnie Turner.  I'm 26 years old, and I don't know about anyone else, but the moment I stepped into the job market, I could feel it.  You know what I mean.  The moment I got the first job I said: "I can't do this my entire life!"  Trouble is, I've been a terrible procrastinator as well.

I've recently developed the habits necessary to create action in my life, not the least of which is telling the people in my life that I intend to change the course of my life in a dramatic way.  The last year and a half, I've been creeping on Bigger Pockets a little, reading a post here or there, and watching video after video, and I feel that if I don't get my feet wet soon, I never will.

To that end, I've started looking for a multifamily property in earnest.  Looking to get creative with the money, I've not got much in my pocket at the moment.  I'd like to learn, and one day intend to get my Certified Commercial Investment Member certification.

Looking forward to connecting with you!

Thanks,

Ronnie Turner
