Hello all!! My name is Austin Sowerbutts and I am 21 yr. old newbie from Hot Springs, Arkansas. I am currently a university student as a Finance/Entrepreneurship major (Ouachita Baptist University).  I have zero hands-on experience and have yet to close my first deal but I have managed to take a real estate business class. I have listened to a couple dozen podcasts on BP and have read Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad. I am thrilled to get started!
