New To Investing in Clayton, NC

Hi Everyone:

Though I have been a member of BP for over a year now, I have been passive in my approach and the action I have taken thus far. As someone who has worked all my life, in my mid 50's, I'm now ready to begin my journey into real estate investing.

I'm interested in investing in the Raleigh/Durham, Triangle area of NC and I would be interested in reaching out to investors in NC, possibly meet up. I'm a hard worker and I have read numerous articles, blogs and even attended a few REIA in the Triangle ( known as TREIA here.

One question, I have out the gate is where do I find the contracts to use in NC for Real Estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, Wholesale Assignment Agreements.

I would welcome the opportunity to work with a seasoned investor, at no charge to sort of learn some of the nuisances associated with being a real estate investor.

Thanks...looking forward to taking the "plunge" into the new chapter in my life.
