Hello-

I am new to the forum and just wanted to post what services I am able to offer.

I currently operate a branch office in the Northeast that has an investor network of several thousand. They are aggressively seeking commercial property in the $15 million range and up, nationwide. Also provide VC/JC opportunities, funds for business start up. Brokers protected and fee agreements set forth in advance.

We are not brokers or lenders, we have a large network of investors able to fund these projects, either residential or commercial.

Hope to establish long term relationships with brokers and commercial real estate agents.
