New Assistant to Broker / Agent

Hi there! My name is David and I grew up in the Willamette Valley. I just recently graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Agricultural Sciences. One of my friends from school has become involved in the real estate business. I am currently shadowing him and doing my best to learn the ins and outs of buying, repairing and selling property. I would welcome any advice on how to make myself useful as an assistant to my colleague. I am also interested in learning about flipping mobile homes.
