Hello all, I'm new to the game. I have started with an owner occupied triplex about a year ago. Unfortunately for me, I had enough information to start and get myself into trouble, although I have been lucky I haven't ran into much trouble. I'm learning as I go, have read books and a lot of the forums here and I like the availability of shared knowledge here. the things I'm looking for help with are. the tax write offs, the next step; buy another small multi unit or upscale? Anyway that was my small introduction I look forward to chatting with you all. Thank you for your time Brad
