New member introduction in Indianapolis, Indiana

Hey BiggerPockets fam.... My name is Kevin and I live about 30-45 minutes north of Indianapolis. Currently, I'm an investment real estate credit analyst specializing in larger multifamily and commercial real estate loans. I've been in my current role for a little over a year now and have gained knowledge and expertise in underwriting, analyzing, and preparing credit documents for numerous classes of real estate from a lender's perspective (loans ranging from $1 million to $100 million). I would be happy to answer any questions you have regarding common loan structures a bank will offer for certain real estate types, standard underwriting requirements and thresholds for both banks and permanent markets, and other questions you have regarding what a bank is looking for on any given proposal.

As I'm sure is common with the majority of people on BiggerPockets, I would eventually like to be my own boss and get out of the 9-5 job, even though I am gaining crucial knowledge of the real estate lending environment. I've been listening to the podcast for quite some time now and would like to start building up a network of resources in the Indy area. Currently, I'm looking for single family rental properties around Indianapolis. Let me know if you are interested in connecting!
