Just getting started in New Iberia, Louisiaiana

Hey all, James here from New Iberia, Louisiana. Deep in the heart of Cajun Country. I'm just getting started and looking into long and short-term rentals. Not sure where this path will take me yet but BiggerPockets has been a wealth of knowledge so far in the short amount of time that I have been here.

My goal is to work in areas that I enjoy spending time in so I will be looking both in and outside of Louisiana if successful. Seems that may be a big if though with all the people who have come and gone. However, it looks like with the right mentors and friends and with the good solid information you can really do well so I hope to stick around and develop my skills.

In the long term I wish everyone great success and in the short have a great weekend!

James
