Hi Team,

I'm Watson. I am currently a Network Engineer working in midtown Atlanta. I have a long time passion for real estate but never gotten a chance to get involved in it whether full-time or part-time. I recently decided that I don't want to spend the rest of my life working a 9 to 5 job anymore. So I started learning about real estate investing. My main focus will be to buy and hold long term. I am glad to be part of a thriving team in BP that are willing to share their knowledge with new investors. I am currently on a 90 days challenge to buy my first rental property before the end of the year. If anyone has something legit, please send it my way. I have to make a purchase before December 31st.
