Hey everyone!!! My name is Matt Salazar, im from San Angelo, TX. I recently found this forum while I was searching google for info on mobile home parks. Ive been reading a bunch of stuff on here for the last couple of days and I decided to join. This was a great idea!!! My business partner and I just recently aquired my first park with no money down. The park has 38 lots its intown connected to city water and city sewage. I am looking forward to meeting and learning from you guys here..... Please get intouch Ive got lots of questions!!!
