Newbie from Baton Rouge, LA

Hi Everyone, my name is Anthony and I'm fairly new to Real Estate investing. I live and work out of Baton Rouge, LA, but originally from Tampa, FL where I have commercial real estate on lease. What brought me here was that I was thinking how could I be a better landlord, so after some researching it brought me here. As far as goals, I think everyone here has the same goal which is to obtain financial freedom.
