New BP Member from Utah

Hey Everyone!  I am brand new to the BP community and I am loving what I've already learned from many of the discussions that I've read in the forums.  I am from Utah, currently working at a nursing home , but looking into getting my real estate license and get my foot in the game.  I've been a member for about a month now and have read many books related to real estate and business within the past few months and have listened to almost a third of all of the podcast episodes that are out there.  My wife and I are both motivated and pumped to get into investing in real estate and I look forward to getting to meet other members on BP and continue learning about what it takes to really get ahead in real estate investing!
