Hey all. I've been on BP for a while now reading posts and am finally coming close to closing my first deal south of Boston. Fingers crossed I'll be closing in 10 days. Got a multi-family that I plan to house hack and hope to start growing a portfolio with this strategy. Would love to hear from people in the area with similar goals and previous experience.

@Christopher Howard I hear ya. I'm very eager to house hack as well, but like you said prices are an issue. I'm hoping to eventually find something off market and BRRR my way into my house hack. Just a lot harder to accomplish.
