First deal in the Philadelphia area

Hi BP, My partner Ali and I are actively seeking multifamily properties to buy and hold. Our goal is to repeat the process a few times in the next 5 years; establishing another investment portfolio for our future. We are well read and actively searching for deals in the Philadelphia metro area. However, Ali and I would love to expand our funnel by networking with a few more realtors and wholesalers who can aid in expanding our knowledge and increase our options.
