I have bought two new construction homes in my lifetime. lost the first to foreclosure after 9/11, Bought the second in Princeton Tx about 2 and half years ago.

Looking to invest my Inheritance in real estate. Would be the first deal where I would buy a pre-owned home or du tri or quad plex.

Will look in local area first. but since I have connections near Minneapolis, St Louis, (near home Quincy, IL area) Lubbock, TX don't mind if good deals show up there.
