New member in Charlotte, NC
Hello all! I am a new member from Charlotte (and a complete newbie). I have been listening to BP podcasts in all of my spare time, reading everything I can, and now want to start networking for investing in the local market. I do not see any BP events listed for the Charlotte area. Would love to initiate a Meetup. I'm doing a temperature check here to see how much interest is out there....

You actually just missed a recent Charlotte BiggerPockets Meetup event this past Monday. I'd say there were 20+ people that attended so it was a good turn out.
Keep an eye out as it normally takes place the 1st Monday of the month. If you haven't already, be sure to add "Charlotte" to your Keyword Alerts. That way you will be sure to get notified when the event is posted as well as all the other local discussions.
