Intro to BP and Members!
Hello BP Members! I am Ken and I am a newbie investor. My wife and I own a two-family home in New Jersey that's tenant-occupied and we reside in Georgia. Our goals are to use real estate for income, retirement and our children's education. I read and listen to BP to learn the best strategy for us to work towards and achieve our goals.
