Newbie from Bozeman, Montana
I am currently living in Bozeman, MT (moved her about 8 months ago!) and am looking to get more involved in investing. Currently my husband and I have one single family home that we rent out in Denver, CO. We are planning on purchasing our second rental in Nashville, TN with some friends. They are currently looking for a house now. My husband just started as a real estate agent and we have always been interested in investing but need to learn more on how to really build our business. I am interested in flipping homes but we don't have the capital to start; we are also interested in multifamily homes. Learned about BiggerPockets from the awesome podcast! Looking forward to learning all I can!

If i was you I would look toward Livingston for a better return than Bozeman as the numbers seem beter to me for buy and hold.
