Hello, from The Woodlands and Kingwood TX!
Hello, everyone, first post so I apologize if this sounds rudimentary.
About us:
My wife and I have been residing in The Woodlands, TX for 7 years, and for the last 5 years have been slowly (but surely) cultivating our eventual move into full time real estate investors.
She has been in property management industry over 20 years, while I have been a Fedex driver for 13 years.
Our long term goals are to own multi families, short term we are looking to fix and flip, and/ or generate enough passive income to cover one or both of our present salaries so we can focus on investing full time.
My wife has trusted contractor connections through her work, and I have an intimate knowledge of 2 zip codes through my work, so hopefully that could benefit us before we jump in.
