Hey BP Fans,
Ryan and Jodi from Mount Juliet , TN which is a suburb of Nashville. We work for a new home builder, and decided to start doing it for ourselves .
We started listening to the podcast and were amazed with all the tips and ideas they give.
Our ultimate goal is to reach of FI number. We plan on obtaining it thru Wholesaling , Rentals.

Welcome to BP. Mount Juliet just popped up so I thought I would reach out. I live in Hermitage and moving to Donelson in the next month or two. I worked for multiple large regional and national builders, so that experience has helped me a lot. Good luck with the goals and looking forward to doing some deals in the future.
