Curious on why Cornwall while you seems to be living in Ottawa

I chose cornwall because the work I do currently has me moving between Ottawa and cornwall fairly regularly as well as the cost of property which is much lower in cornwall while the rent is not correspondingly as low.

Have you looked at or purchased anything yet? I like Cornwall as well. We have a 4-Plex and a triplex there.

Cost to enter the real estate game is lower and cap rates are decent. Don't rush in. Wait for the numbers to make sense before considering a property.

Hello @Don Wong.  I do not use a management company, we do the work ourselves.  However, we have found a few really decent contractors in various trades that we like.  I would be happy to recommend them.
