New Investor in DFW Texas
Hello,
I am moving to the DFW area for work. I discovered bigger pockets 2 months ago and since them I've become motivated in real estate investing. I am a project engineer for a large commercial general contractor and have worked on projects large and small from 4 to 40 million in K-12. This experience will give me a head start with contractors but I am starting for zero with residential markets, realtors, ext. Bigger pockets will be a great tool going forward and hope to achieve success like a lot of you here.

If you are a project engineer in vertical construction as well in infrastructure, I'm sure that experience will help you with REI. What I think you need is a bit of fuel and learn as much as possible while you have the cash to pull it out or partnership... BP podcast, couple of good books (don't read too much thought, you will keep reading and stuck there). Connect with people, listen to these people that wants to connect with you!
