Hey guys,

I'm new to BP, and I'm interested in investing in small and large family homes as well as flipping properties. I stay in a small suburban area outside of Atlanta, that's perfect for families so I believe I'm in the perfect market for real estate.  I would love to find a mentor in the area so if anyone has someone in mind, please let me know!
