Hello from southern Cali!
Hello BP,
My name is Andrew and I have been following BP and learning as much as I can about real estate investing for years. A few years ago (2014-15) I had terrible credit (mid 500s) and barely any income as I was a full time student. I prepared myself and worked on improving my credit and starting a job beginning of last year working as a marketing manager for a real estate company. To make a long story short, I closed last month on my very first house!
My end goal is to work my way up to owning multiple multi-family units and an apartment building while helping those get started in real estate investment. I believe in paying it forward, as the BP community played an instrumental role in where I am today.
I look forward to meeting / connecting with all of you and I will be sharing more frequently :)
