Hello community! I am a San Diego State University student, currently studying abroad in Madrid, Spain. I will be back in California by the middle of June and will immediately be looking around for properties. My main real estate investing experience comes helping my parents manage their single family rental. My dad got his real estate license right before the housing market downfall which made me cautious when it came to real estate. However, after reading several BP posts I've realized that with due diligence I should be able to have a steady investment. I am looking forward to connecting with fellow investors, especially if they are either in the Napa Valley or San Diego areas. Thank you everyone!
