Hello my name is Devin Maddux. I have been interested in real estate for a long time but was too afraid to pursue it. To better prepare myself I have been reading blogs, signed up for 3 seminars for this upcoming week and just trying to understand the field. I am not looking to make a quick buck, I want to flip houses as a career. I am currently working at a Target Warehouse distribution center and working only 3 days a week leaves a lot of free time so I can learn about real estate. I would eventually like to resign at Target and become a full time investor. In flipping houses I would like to do a majority of the remodeling myself. I understand that starting out takes a lot of time, mentoring, and patience. Anyways nice to meet you all I hope to hear from you please send me a message if you have any advice/questions on my plans.
