Newbie to KC and Real Estate

Just wanted to say hi to everyone here on BP, especially members in the Kansas City area. I'm a stay at home dad and looking to get back in touch with the grown up's of the world. I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel with the kids now going to school full time (I know it's almost summer break). I'm ready to get out and put some sweat equity into my families future. I was hoping to find some mentors or possible partners in KC that I can bounce question's off of and hopefully get hands on experience with the day to day life of an investor, preferably someone going the BRRR route. I would really like to see how you analyze the properties and go about finding the best contractors to do the rehabs.

Wishing all of you prosperous investing!

Thanks,

Steve S.
