A warm Hello from Queens, New York

Good morning Bigger Pockets! I'm Eric, a 29 year old MEP Project Manager from New York City specializing in commercial new construction in Manhattan. As of December 2016, I completed my first BURRR multi-family in Queens, NY. Woot woot! The BP podcast was a big reason for that, and I really have to thank Josh, Brandon, the whole BP team and you, the community. Now it's time for me to get involved on the forums and give back. My goal is to scale to my own new construction projects, with a focus on green buildings and energy efficient practice in NYC. Of course there's many different ways to get there, and I look forward to learning, collaborating, and having some plain ol' fun on the forums here to get to my end goal. Cheers to a great journey together. Eric
