Good afternoon, My name is DeVon and I currently reside in San Diego, CA and would like to gain as much knowledge about this market as possible. Recently separated from the military and looking to gain my financial freedom the best way I have been advised, Real Estate. I'm introducing myself to the community so I can get my feet wet and make an appearance on this amazing platform. I have been through a few Podcast as well as blog post and I continue to look through the forums to gather as much information as possible.
