Beginner seeking insight

Hello, All

My name is Keitany Reynolds. I am in the process of learning about real estate.

I am located in Chicago, Illinois. I have not taken any classes as of yet but, I have been doing so self-studying. I would love to learn from your experience and knowledge. I have a long list of questions but, here are just a few;

1. If you are located in Chicago or the Chicagoland area, what are some real estate schools you would recommend?

2. What are your tips for getting started?

3. What are some self-study books you would recommend?

4. How has getting into real estate changed your life?

Thank you,

Keitany
