Hi to everyone in BiggerPockets! My name is Susan McCormick, from the Golden Isles of GA, Southeast,coastal near all the Islands.I am a RE Broker here, but first was an "investor" meaning I just bought properties and had tenants and did some Rehabbing. I am not the traditional agent, but remain an investor-that is my passion.My goals are to find a Mentor/partner and learn what real investors do, like wholesaling,options, short sales. Then I may buy and hold properties. I would also like to do some commercial flips and the like to further myself and one day Pay it Forward for someone else.
