Hello all,
I am new to BP, recently bought a new house and kept the old one as a rental and am now a real estate investor for the first time! Seeing a check come in monthly is pretty sweet and now has my attention. I am looking for partners that work in or around New Braunfels, TX that I could invest with while learning. I have liquid capital and quite a bit of buying power to get started. I am interested mostly in flips for now but would consider any deals that make sense. If I could buy you coffee sometime, I would love to open a discussion with all others in the area.
