Hello my name is Chace.

My friend got me into Real Estate, and I just took a course on wholesaling.

I am just starting now, and I am looking for a title company or escrow company in Los Angeles that handles double/simultaneous closings.

Any recommendations will be great!

I am very excited to get on with moving on in my investing career.
