New member from Connecticut

Hi All,

I'm a new member from Fairfield county in Connecticut. Current plan is to invest in rentals in my area.

I'm in my 40's so I want to use these investments to pay for the kids college and my retirement.

I'm starting my education process, reading as much as I can and checking the forum.

I would appreciate any tips/comments about New Haven and specially around Yale.
