Hello Bigger Pockets Forum!
My name is Kim and I am a newbie from Bayonne, NJ.
Although I have taken a few classes over the years, my real estate experience is zilch. However, I am a quick study & a hard worker. This is the perfect time for me to start pursuing those elusive dreams.
I am looking to flip houses. I love the thought of restoring a neglected home to it's former glory or to a new & improved version. However, I have recently read about wholesaling, which might be a better fit for me starting out. I am going to research that a bit more.
I'm so excited to be here and to start this new chapter in my life!
