Hi everyone, I am a real estate investor based in Orange County, California. I am in my early 20s, working full-time.

I came across this forum and found the information on here invaluable. I also recently started listening to the podcasts. I decided after a few episodes I would formally sign up and start participating in the community.

I currently hold one property, making payments on it. I am looking to further build assets in real estate for passive income to sustain my current and future lifestyle. In addition, I am looking for local mentors in real estate, hoping to help and be of service to them while learning more about real estate investments and deals around the area.
