Hello, everyone,
I'm new to BP site. I graduated with B.S in Chemical Engineering from University of Houston- Cullen College of Engineering. I starts down a path of investment real estate when I was in college by helping my parents to flip or buy and hold. In 2010, I relocated in Austin and become a landlord and real estate agent. I didn’t leave my engineering days completely behind me, though. My engineering experience helps me with highly accurate and thorough home evaluations and pricing, and helps me bring an analytical approach to finding the perfect home, in the perfect Austin neighborhood.
I'll open property management in 2018 and expand real estate investment from residential to land/ranch in Houston/ Austin. I see there is potential in these 2 cities next 10-30 years.
