I'm from Guam and have been wanting to get in this space, mainly the buy and hold investing and multi-family.  I have benefited much by listening to the podcasts and reading the posts on the forums.  I work as a firefighter but wish and want to be able to utilize real estate investing to help me reach my financial goals.
